Revolution D, LLC Online Privacy Policy. Revolution D, LLC (“Revolution D”) is a subsidiary of Seacoast Synergy, Inc. This privacy policy will advise you about how we protect your personal information, and about your choices concerning our use of your personal information. Please read this policy carefully. We may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our sites. We will post those changes here so please refer back to this policy regularly.
If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, please send us an e-mail to: privacy@revolutiond.com. Personal Identification Information We will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily give it to us. Except as specified in this Section, we will not intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user (such as, your full name, street address, telephone number, credit card number or e-mail address) to any third party without your permission. In certain limited instances, we may provide your information to third parties. We will provide you with reasonable notice and the opportunity to opt-out prior to the disclosure. We may request personal identification information from you in connection with your use of, or participation in, our contests, surveys, forums, subscription registrations, chats, bulletin boards, discussion groups, requests for suggestions, and in connection with other activities, services or resources we make available to you. If you identify yourself to us by sending us an e-mail message with questions or comments, we may use your personal information to respond to your questions or comments.
We may also contact you to confirm regarding changes to this Privacy Policy. We may also use personal identification information for internal or external marketing and promotional purposes. On occasion, for example, we may send you e-mails to introduce a product, service, or seminar that we think might be of interest to the users of our site. For us to obtain your permission to send you this information, we will give you an opportunity to "opt-in" at the time our request for your personal information is made. If you do "opt-in," you may choose to "opt-out" at any time, even after you have provided personal information, by following the procedures described at the end of this Privacy Policy. Please note, however, that under certain circumstances, if you initially do not choose to "opt-in," or if you later "opt-out," you may not be eligible for certain benefits for which a name, e-mail address, telephone number or other personal identification information is needed.
We have the following exceptions to these policies: We will release specific information about you to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of the security of the Revolution D sites, or a physical threat to you or others.
Please note that if you give out personal information online - for example, through a message board or chat room -- that information can be collected and used by third parties. Although we strive to protect our users' privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of information you post in these forums. You disclose such information at your own risk.
Non-Personal Identification Information and the Use of Cookie Technology We may collect non-personal identification information through the use of either "cookie" technology, IP address tracking or both. Non-personal identification information might include the browser you use, the type of computer, the operating systems, the Internet service providers and other similar information. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not the Revolution D sites. Cookies allow us to personalize your experience at Revolution D sites by automatically gathering information about the areas you visit on our site and about the links you may select from within our site to other areas of the World Wide Web or elsewhere online.
Cookies also allow you to store your password without having to constantly re-enter it. We use such information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our site. This way we know which areas of our site are favorites of our users, which areas need improvement, and what technologies are being used so that we may continually improve our site.
We may share this aggregate statistical information with our partners, suppliers and other third parties, but we will not share any individual names, or other personal information. Most browsers are set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, please note that some parts of the Revolution D sites may not work properly. Log Files
Like most Web sites, our servers use log files to analyze trends, administer the site, and track end user's movement in the aggregate. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Clear Gifs
Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users' personally identifiable information. We also use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications.
Spam and Junk Faxes
Revolution D has a zero tolerance policy for abuse. While we cannot be responsible for external communications sent or received incorporating AgilityXP™ services, it is our intention to use all legally available means to prevent distribution and receipt of unsolicited commercial emails that incorporate AgilityXP services, and we specifically restrict members from taking any actions which impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Revolution D resources. We ask that any users who are annoyed by receipt of such junk emails, please report such activity to Revolution D at privacy@revolutiond.com.
Links To Other Sites Users will find advertising or other content on our site that link to the sites and services of our partners, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies, or no policy at all. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party site or service before providing them with your personal information. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties We use an outside credit card processing company to bill some corporate customers. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Although Revolution D will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identification information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. Revolution D will have no liability for disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. Business Transitions
In the event Revolution D goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given a choice not to have their information used in this different manner, as described in the notification of changes section, below.
Security Policy Protecting your privacy and your information is important to us. We use industry-standard technology to protect your personal information, such as Firewalls and Secure Socket Layers where appropriate. Choice/Opt-Out If you "opt-in" to receive information from Revolution D or others, you can change your mind later. If at any time you would like to stop receiving such information, you can let us know by sending an e-mail stating your preference to optout@revolutiond.com Your Acceptance of These Terms By using this site, you accepted our Privacy Policy.
