A Microsoft Outlook^TM add-in is downloaded in seconds to every Outlook user from the Revolution D server.

Installation of the Microsoft Outlook add-in component modifies the Outlook user interface to enable the user to:

• Select a BrandScape^SM to be used with the individual message (solution supports default BrandScapes)
• Optionally preview a branded email prior to sending
• Maintain user preferences 

A fully hosted, web-services Enterprise Brand Management (EBM) server enables the Account Administrator to publish, add, remove, update, and assign BrandScapes to users. AgilityXP^TM periodically polls the EBM server, updating the BrandScapes and user preferences assigned to them by the Account Administrator.
